Yamaha Guitars | RS20MM Matteo Mancuso
Signature Revstar
A Signature Guitar With Playing Experience as Refined and Smooth as its Namesake!
Matteo Mancuso has made his mark on the musical landscape by using a quasi-flamenco playing style to create a unique approach to fusing jazz, blues, and progressive rock! The new RS20MM Matteo Mancuso Signature Revstar recreates Matteo’s custom Revstar, an instrument that takes the very best of what Yamaha has to offer, and presents it in a supremely refined package! Made with Yamaha’s Acoustic Design Technology to increase resonance through its chambered design, and loaded with DiMarzio PAF 36th Anniversary pickups, this guitar is ready to fuse together any playing styles for a supremely smooth result!
Chicago Music Exchange has partnered with Benson Amps for years, and we're excited to offer three CME Exclusive Benson Amplifiers in a one-of-a-kind Blue Floral finish: the Monarch Reverb Plus, the Vinny Reverb, and the Nathan Junior. All three are in stock now. To get yours, call us at (773) 525-7773, chat with our sales team online, or visit our Lincoln Avenue showroom in Chicago
Engineering a Better Tone
Designed through Yamaha’s exclusive Acoustic Design process, the RS20MM features a chambered body to enhance tone and resonance while keeping the weight down. This results in a guitar that sounds great and is extremely comfortable, allowing you to solo for hours on end. As they move further up the carbon-reinforced neck, players will notice the redesigned neck heel, which has been carefully sculpted at Matteo’s request to make it easier to move more freely around the higher frets!
The RS20MM also features plenty of tricks up its sleeve when you plug it in! The DiMarzio PAF 36th Anniversary pickups are inspired by vintage PAFs, with a wide open response across the EQ spectrum, and a softer magnetic pull. This allows the strings to vibrate more freely, with a wider dynamic sensitivity. Need more power? Pull the tone control to activate a passive Focus switch, which emulates overwound pickups with darker highs, focused mids, and tighter lows for a more modern, aggressive character! The 5-way pickup selector includes phase variation options, for even more options!
Fusing signature Revstar performance to a distinct look, and dynamic, clear tones, the RS20MM is designed for fluid playing! The Vintage Sunburst flame-maple top, and all-gold hardware are the ultra-classy icing on the cake! To be among the first people to get your hands on the Yamaha RS20MM Matteo Mancuso Signature Revstar, call us today at 773-525-7773, chat with our sales team on our website, or come into our Lincoln Avenue Showroom!
